Research interests

I am a marine ecologist studying marine foundation species and their response to climate change related stressors. My research has included bio-physical interactions, oceanographic modelling and spatial modelling of species distribution. I am particularly interested in understanding how the ecology and processes driving benthic communities differ space, and in predicting how benthic ecosystem will change in response to ocean warming and impacts. My recent work as research associate in UWA has focused on the optimization of methods for long term benthic monitoring of offshore habitats.
